The WVU Board of Governors has approved a proposal that will allow the sale of beer during football games at Milan Puskar Stadium. It passed with a 10-5 vote (two members abstained). This decision comes after a 30-day comment period where fans where allowed to voice their opinions on the matter. Former West Virginia linebacker Darryl Talley has been selected to join the College Football Hall of Fame. He was a four-year starter at WVU and went on to have an outstanding career with the Buffalo Bills. At West Virginia, he was a Consensus All-American in 1983.
