The 2012 basketball recruiting class has a new #1 ranked player. Nerlens Noel recently made his intention of graduating in 2012 public, which means he will be on a college campus next season. WVU fans hope to see him in the gold and blue next year, but face stiff recruiting battles against the top programs in the country such as Kentucky, Syracuse and UCONN. Nerlens Noel (6’10″, 210) is the top rated center in the class of 2013. Both Rivals.com and Scout.com rate him as a 5-star and one of the top five overall players in the country. Bob Huggins added the third member of his 2012 recruiting class when 3-star shooting guard Terry Henderson announced his decision to play basketball at WVU.
