Talented Trio of Florida DB’s Commit to West Virginia

It’s been a busy week for the West Virginia coaching staff. Not only are they preparing their team for the upcoming Discover Orange Bowl matchup with Clemson, but they have also been hitting the recruiting trail. In the past week, they received three verbal commitments from defensive backs that all hail from the state of Florida. Sean Walters, Kimlon “KJ” Dillon, and Karl Joseph all decided to end their recruitment and commit to WVU.   Sean Walters is a 6’2, 200 pound safety/linebacker from...

Things That Last Longer Than A Head Coach At Pitt

I’m sure by now most of you have heard the news that head coach Todd Graham is leaving Pitt and taking the job at Arizona State. At this point, I’m struggling to decide what is more funny about this situation. All I know for sure is...

Huggs First Game Against Former Team a Good One; WVU Earns Big Win Over Kansas State

You know how Bob Huggins always says that you don’t have to lose a game for it to be a learning experience? Well, this is what he was talking about. The Mountaineers overcame a lot of adversity during their time in Wichita. Delayed flights, late arrivals, foul trouble, youth, poor free throw shooting, hostile crowd, etc. You name it, and they overcame it. In the end, this young team comes out of this game a little wiser and a whole lot tougher, but more importantly they come out...

Thursday night will mark another reunion for the future Hall of Famer as he leads his Mountaineers into a matchup against his former team, the Kansas State Wildcats. Huggins was only at K-State for one year, but in that short time he brought life...
